..Well, China put fees/taxes on securities; and stocks plunged (6-7%); but seems to be settling today (dead-cat bounce??)...>>..japan nik up 1.7%; hong kong up 1.7%; shanghei comp up 1.49% to 4105..>>...

i am the square of all squares..>> but sometimes it pays to be a cube..!!..>>Essentially, i ebvision the chinese market as u.s. nasdaq in 1999; overheated, but still going up..!! There is just too much momentum and money movement to stop this out-of-control locomotive..>>

i say..> get involved heavy in china/china related markets..!!<$$$..>>

my sample portfolio:

cogo 17.22
Pudc.ob 2,26
hmin 29.14
fmcn 43.14
rio 44.63

i do own positions in all these securities..>> not a recommendation; for info purposes only; do your own due diligence..>>

See you at the 2008 olympics..!!!

And back down again Friday.

Rio is a south american commodity play.

Not a direct investment in china, but understand the logic. Ive owned that stock for several years.
